Bicycle Trailer Axle

This is a replacement axle for our A- and AW- series of bicycle trailers. It features a 1.04" diameter, thick-wall galvanized steel tubular body. The ends are zinc-plated 5/8" / 16 mm diameter, 2.5" / 6.4 cm solid steel.

One pair of wheel retainer pins and spacers is included.

This axle is made for use with our 16" Skyway Tuffwheels (see related products). If you use it with any other wheels, the wheels must have a 5/8" or 16 mm inside diameter bearing, and the hub must be 2.5" / 63.5 mm wide. Normal bicycle wheels will not fit this axle.

Available in two different lengths, standard (for A-series trailers) and long (for AW-series trailers). Specify which length you need in the "special instructions" box during the checkout process.
