- We ship worldwide via Federal Express (FedEx) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping is available at an additional charge.
- To determine the cost of shipping, add the item or items you desire to your shopping cart, select your country from the list, and enter your postal code. (If you country isn't listed in the dropdown list in the shopping cart, please contact us.) You should receive a variety of shipping options and prices.
- Shipping costs outside the U.S. do NOT include brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. Please note that FedEx brokerage fees to Canada are rather expensive (about Can$50-60 for a $500 order) and that shipping via Priority Mail is generally the least expensive shipping option to Canada. (
- Shipping times listed are from the time your order is shipped, not from the day your order is placed.
- If you place an order and everything is in stock, we try to ship your order on the day your order was placed. If a portion of your order is not in stock, we generally wait to ship all the items together to save you the extra cost of shipping. If you prefer that we ship in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items later, let us know in the "special instructions" section of the order form.
