Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
- PayPal
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
- check or money order - US orders only. If paying by check, we may wait until it clears the bank before shipping.
- purchase order - government and large businesses only. Please fax us your purchase order after filling out the order form.
Prices and Discounts
We strive to make our products as affordable to everyone as possible, and can't afford to discount them any further without raising the price for everyone else. As a result:
- We do not have a "wholesale" price for our products.
- We do not offer volume discounts.
- We do not give discounts to non-profit groups.
- We do not give a discount in return for helping to promote or advertise our products.
- We do not normally have any "used" or "discounted" merchandise for sale. If we do, it will be shown on our web site.
Availabilty
We try to keep enough trailers in stock to meet demand, but there are times when the number of orders exceeds the amount we have on hand. When this happens, we build trailers based on the orders we receive. If you order a trailer during this time, you won't be required to pay until we are ready to begin manufacturing your trailer. We will send you an email when we are ready to begin, with instructions how to make your payment online (if paying by credit card or PayPal).
Rush Orders
There are some customers who need a trailer by a specific date. If we have a backlog of trailer orders, you can elect priority treatment by choosing to rush your order. There is a 20% extra charge for this service.
We build rush orders first (in the order they have been received) followed by non-rush orders. That means if you did not choose to rush your order, your ship date may change as new rush orders are added.
