Catt Hall
This is the Carrie Chapman Catt building, home of the Dept. of Arts and Liberal Sciences. The building was originally the home of the Botany Department many years ago, hence it is often called "Old Botany". It was renamed in honor of Ms. Catt, a leader in the women's suffrage movement and one of Iowa State's first female graduates, after the building was extensively renovated a few years ago.

If we pull the our trishaw up a little closer, this is what the building looks like close-up from the passenger seat, facing the building. As you can see, it is a strikingly beautiful building.
